Blue Throat Trigger Spot

I left the house today for about three hours and when I came back my wife noticed a spot on my Blue throat triggers head, it doesn't look like any ick I have ever seen. Maybe he bumped into some SPS??

Looks like he may have scraped himself on a rock or something.

My Hippo Tang has that once in a while. Being a skiddish fish in the first place he at times will zip into a rock crevice. It always disappears after a bit with no ill effects. Triggers hide in rock crevices as well so maybe that could be what it is. Not sure though.
