yellow algae/slime on silicone-pics

I searched and could not find a similar question, so here it is. Tank is only 2 weeks old (params good (Amn, NO2,NO3, PH= 0,0,0,8.2) Overall tank looks good, but sump is developing very yellow color at silicone joints -- silicone was GE Silicone I from HD). Rest of tank is what you expect from cylcing LR with DSB. Algae/slime is either IN silicone or between glass & silicone, it does not wipe off -- any suggestions. I have a light in sump, but right now it is not typically on.
