Hi there,
Read about Rio pumps leaking voltages, but never Mag pumps. I've got a Mag 24 for about 3 months now. Don't think I noticed it leaking voltages before. Felt a little juice when I put my hand into the sump. I took the pump out and put it into a fresh water container plugged in to see what the voltage was. It's was around 55volts AC. I was wondering if anyone had the same problems as I do, and if so what did you guys do? Thanks in advance - tane. |

Send that sucker back to Danner for a replacement. Trust me, with the legal ramifications surrounding possible electrocution staring them in the face, they will take it back gladly. Besides, they need to know that there is a problem, so they can safeguard future products.
