attaching lps corals

I am going to be getting my first lps coral soon.... i would appreciate any help in finding articles having to do with how and where to attach them. How do you determine high or low flow in regards to placement of corals.

Flow and light depend on the coral. For placement some people glue them into place with super glue but I do not due to the reason if the coral gets to big it is hard to move them. What coral are you looking to get?

I have a huge bubble that I have kept in light to medium flow and is positioned in the middle of my tank and I am running 220PC's and it is growing like a weed! I took the base of it and just put it in between some cracks in the rock. The coral should come attached to a small peice of rock. Thats it, just sit back and watch it grow!!! Let me know if you need anything esle.

Only way to do it is to place the coral where you want it and go from there. You will see it moving in the current and you use your best judgement. You won't want to place it right in front of the powerhead but in an area that has some movement to the coral. My bubble sways and moves back and forth in medium flow.
