Not exactly the same, but similar.

Usually the seller names the corals so that people can keep track of the lineage.

That Micro came from Hugo/snipersps back in May 2005

Here it is in October 2005, with the flash, also at 6 O'clock

December 05, also 6 O'clock

Feb 06

It grew pretty fast for me.

Hey Jen,
Thanks
They are under 2 250 watt 20K coralvue bulbs, driven with a PFO HQI ballast, a 400 watt 10K Reeflux driven with a Blueline E-ballast, and 4 VHO 110W bulbs, 3 actinic, 1 50/50 over a 4 foot tank.

Most of the pics are taken with all the lights on, top down.

Here's a full shot from June 06, to give an idea of placement.

Hey,
I don't know if it has a name, but I got it from a guy that was selling Micros at MACNA, in Washington DC this past September.

It's more red than Orange, but it's still a nice piece. It's the only colony size Micro or Acan I've ever purchased.

Does anyone know if Sniper's Acans & Micros survived the tank melt-down? I know he lost his SPS but I wonder how the LPS made out?

I have but to get that just right shade of yellow is the hard part and to get it to be yellow under certain lights is also a problem.
