Brain & Bubble Coral Problem (pics)

Here is my problem, the bubble coral it's been receding since I upgraded lights going from 120W NO to 350VHO. The bubble was around the middle of the tank so I put it on the sand, I can see bubbles during the day and I think the reciding stoped, at nights I used to see the feeders, now I hardly see them, it usually is retracted. I have this bubble for about 5 months. The open brain is on the bottom and it's not as puffy as before, at nights I see the feeders out and in the morning it usually is puffy and big, but when the lights are on it looks like it shrinks I have this one for about 3 months.
I feed them shrimp once a week, little pieces. The other corals are doing good, xenia (I have a lot), purple tip acro, zoos, leather, frogspan, hammer, plate coral, candy cane, ricordias, mushrooms, green polyps, couple clams, about 50# of live rock. Two clowns, 3 cromis, lawnmover blenie, firefish, 1.5" hippo. Maintenace 5G water change every 2 weeks, lime water for water top off. Please help. Tank is 1 year and 4 months old.

Tank specifications.
- pH 8.2
- temperature 80
- salinity 33 ppt
- nitrate 0
- alkalinity 3.5
- Cal 400
- Lights 3 40W NO 6500K, 1 110W Actinic, ligths overdriven by IceCap 660.

I would move the bubble off of the sand and move it up. VHO lighting should not effect the bubble. It may need some time to adjust though. Don't know why the brain isn't happy. It may just need some time to get adjusted to the new lighting as well.

guess what it's messing with my brain, the little hippo tank , now I'm trying to catch him with the bottle trap (I hope it works), any other ideas in catching this little guy he is 2 - 2.5" it's been there for about 4 months and just started picking at the brain. I cover the brain with a clear plastic tomato basket and it's expanded like it used to. Now for the bubble I move it up again and see. Still expanding the bubbles and I saw feeders yesterday so I gave him small pieces of shrimp.
