Question Peppermint shirmp?

I was wondering a few things, I have yet to have a peppermint shirmp in any aquarium and was wondering about what the ideal temperture shuold be for these creatures, the tank is a 2.5 its just some live rock and the peppermint shirmp? One more thing, he seems to be almost "dancing" I was wondering if this is normal, like claiming territory

Thanks
