Has anyone had any experiences, good or bad, with Inland Aquatics?

Just got some frags and odds/ends from them a few weeks ago. The corals (tubipora, green star polyp) came in healthy and were completely open within a day. The terebellids and macroalgae were fine as well. Service was very good. Perhaps a bit pricey, but I like supporting people like them. I hear good things about their detritivore kit as well.

I have had very good experiences.

For instabce, called for the detriviore kit at noon, received it the next morning at 8:30 via FedEx - all alive and in great shape.

Extremely satisfied.

jmat,

[welcome]

I have bought several detritivore kits from Inland Aquatics and have always been satisfied. I also ordered several SPS frags a while back in the cold months, several were bleached in the bag and they were very accomodating with crediting my account. Customer service can be determined best when things go wrong and the company steps up to the plate....which they did!
