Combination (de)humidistat/thermostat available?

Combination (de)humidistat/thermostat available?
I was thinking about hooking up a fan of some sort to vent air out of the fish room to outside. I was thinking either a bathroom, small attic or inline duct fan.
Is there a combo dehumidistat/thermostat out there that would work for this?

Or can you wire a dehumidistat and thermostat to the same fan?
