Yes!!!!!
I pour the whole entire bottle in my 220 and let cycle for 3 months - I am very impressed with the results. I was not in any hurry obviously.

I did the bottle thing too !!!
I pured a whole bottle too
(I didn't want anything to happen to my tank so I made sure it was an empty bottle)

maybe he poured a whole bottle of love into his tank....or maybe it was captin morgans original spiced rum (then again that would mean he SPILLED a whole bottle and that would be a shame....)
