How do you maintain a reef tank

i hear alot but i want different opinions what do corals like plankton oyster eggs how much calcium do they need Lighting i have a metal Hallide a amiracle wet dry 4 powerheads 200 lbs of live rock or more in 150 gal tank just the basics please thank you

im just starting just put in the sand fills 3 inch thick bottom the salinaty is .023 now added the rocks how long do i cycle what products do i need

What salt do you use? Why is the ALK so low?
