I want to switch to MH and I have 1 175w pendant 14k Hamilton. I was looking at this:
400 WATT 14K HQI REEFSTAR - LOW PROFILE HQI METAL HALIDE SYSTEM

Operates one 400w 14K double ended HQI metal halide lamp (bulb included in price). The new 400 watt 14K double ended bulb emits a bright crisp ice blue white color that is great for reef tanks. Low profile reefstar is light weight and corrosion resistant. Unit includes highly reflective hammertone reflector, tempered glass lens and remote HQI ballast. Designed to hang above the tank. Hanging wires included. ALSO AVAILABLE WITH 400 WATT 10K HQI DE BULB. Dimensions: L16.5"xW10.25"xH3.5".
Reg. Retail Price: $379.95
Sale Price: $329.95

Its about the same price as you are offering except it is new and I will have 800w at 14k.

I am new to MH and was wondering what reasons I should buy Debbies instead of going with what I had found.

Thanks

Keith

the double ended bulb is one bulb=400watts not 800w per fixture compared to 250watts per fixture, you would get whichever one you need based on your tank depth. I believe her price is $200 per set compared to $329 + shipping = $129 difference .
