Little white sea serpents?

I've noticed that I have a ton of these in my aquarium. they are probably no larger then an inch.. What are they? Are they bad for the tank?

I have a volitan lion, longhorn cowfish, tomato clown, three spot damsel, yellowtail damsel, and purple reef lobster.

These little guys are just part of the many types of sand fauna that you have in your tank. They won't get any bigger than they are now and are GREAT little scavangers.
