if my salinity was bad wouldnt my fish and all the other corals be doing bad as well? im not sure whats going on the only thing that was bad or i dont know if it is bad is my calcium is really high... like 10 drops higher then the test kit goes.

ok i just checked my KH and it is at 107.4.... could this be the reason? it says it should be between 143.2 and 214.8 i will try and post a pic right now thanks.

ok this is the pic it used to be a lot more green and the ends where purple now its light green and light pink ends? can anyone tell me why?? |

Yeah, you ALK levels are low. Btw I am guessing that is your alk in ppm?
alkalinity of 2.9 to 4.0 meq/L (8 to 11 dKH) To convert KH to meq/L:KH x .36 = meq/L To convert meq/L to KH:meq/L x 2.8 = KH To convert ppm to KH: ppm / 17.86 = KH To convert KH to ppm:KH x 17.86 = ppm To convert meq/L to ppm:meq/L x 50 = ppm To convert ppm to meq/L: ppm / 50 = meq/L |

if your xenia is not doing well I will bet that your PH is below 8.0. You never post your PH reading so check that and if it's below 8 raise it up slowly.
