ID Please

The LFS told me this is green pavona. Is that true?

That definately looks like a species of acropora and not a pavona.

Acapora also.Look here for info on this coral. And in your pic i see no poylps so keep an eye out and if they dont open then you need to help by flow,lighting,or whatever.

Yes, it's acropora, all right. And, it looks like it's bleached out. I'd be very wary of buying from that fish store in the future if that's what they told you.
