Some of my better SPS shots.......

I've been taking ALOT of pictures of my corals lately and am starting to get some decent shots. Definitely not the greatest shots but I'm getting better. Pictures taken with a Canon A610. Lighting is 3 400 watt 20k XM's.

Not sure what the deal is with the cyano, im working on that issure right now.

Beautiful pictures. Your cap is like perfect. I'm used to ugly ones we get at work.

phew! I had someone try to tell me he liked them the other day. I tried to convince him but I think he might have to find out the hard way...

Nice pics. How long have you been running the 400 xm 20 k's?
Have you tried any other 400 watt bulbs? If so how do they compare?

I actually just upgraded from a 75 gallon with 2 150 DE 10k bulbs to a 125 with 3 400 watt XM 20k's. The bulbs need to be replaced bad, im sure they are at least a year old if not more. Could be the reason for my cyano problem. So as far as comparing them to other 400 watt bulbs i can't. I do think that when i order bulbs i will order XM 20ks again. I think they are the perfect color and have pretty decent PAR for 20k's

I recently acquired the cap from a fellow club member who was upgrading tanks but didn't want it taking up most of his display, so he gave it to me. I couldn't believe he was willing to just give it to me but he wanted it to go to a good home. It definitely makes a great center piece.
