I'm going to say it now because I am tired of this. The SEC is by far the best conference. If anyone disagrees than you're nothing but an unintelligent idiot that doesn't know crap about college football. I mean come on, 3 overtimes with LSU/Arkansas and 4 overtimes with UT/Uk is just a sample of the SEC. Our conference is so good it is almost impossible to escape the year without any losses, yet 1 loss! The SEC is the flat out best conference and has been for about 5-6 years.

McFadden hurt Tebow's chances. He is going to split the votes that would tend to go to an SEC player. If the Mizzu QB has a strong game tonight then beats OK to go to the game he might sneak away with it. If I had to bet I'd put my money on Tebow though. Too monster of a year despite the losses and being a underclassman.

Correction, the SEC is 2-0 against the ACC as of now. They will be either 2-1 or 3-0 after the Clemson/USC game is finished.

I stand by my comments from a few weeks ago that the Big 12 is horrible and the 4 teams ranked high were fakes.
First time Kansas plays anyone and their unbelievable offense can't do a thing for a whole half.
Mizzou is very good, kansas is not, either is texas. oklahoma is a year off.

Anyone that wants to admit they were wrong and I was right on at least this one, no need...I understand.

There's no way in heck Tebow will get the Heisman and I seriously doubt he will even be a runner up. He's too young.

The chase for the Heisman has as much to do with politics, school's marketing their players to the voters, and current class as it does with on the field play.

Juniors RARELY win it and sophmores never win it. Tebow will have a run at it next year, but he will be an underdog because he will just be a junior. I'm sure Florida is marketing him but more for future positioning than an actual hope to win this year.

The REAL crap vote in my opinion was giving it to Woodson over Manning. Woodson is the ONLY defensive player to have ever won the trophy. He's certainly good but he's not the all time greatest defensive player and there should be other defenders on the list if they are serious about making it an across the board award. Instead, something happened behind the scenes that we will never know (Tennessee ****ed off the voters, Michigan alum pulled a serious coup, or a little bit of both.)

Reason I think Tebow has a shot is because he will be 2nd on most ballots that don't have him first.

What crap this year has been. Teams like VW who lost the USF, and Ohio State who lost to Illinois will play for the Championship? While teams like LSU and Florida fall by the way side because the SEC is a conference stacked with talented teams from the bottom up. I'm disappointed in the BCS. Can we get a darn playoff already?? Who the hell is KU and MU do these teams even play division I football? Kansas toughest game was at Kansas State? What?? MU lost to Oklahoma who lost to Colorado and Texas Tech? I apologize DrBegalke I thought we were talking about this season. That division is a joke this season. All weak teams. Thats ok though, if I get to see LSU play Hawaii in the Sugar Bowl I will feel better. Can you even begin to imagine the whipping that is going to take place on that field. I actually would feel bad for Colt after having such a sweet season. Flashbacks of what Florida did to Ohio State last year.
