Clown Trigger with small nodules on the eyes...

I just added a new Clown Trigger to my 90 gallon tank and it appears that he has these small(about 1 cm. in length) worm-like growths attached to his eyes and fins. I thought they were scratches he had gotten from the rocks but it seems they are now in a different configuration than they were last night. He still eats like a horse and actually bit me this morning when I was cleaning the tank. I do notice some strange behavior from him after he eats. He lays down on the sand for about 20 minutes resting still and then resumes his normal swimming patterns. My water seems to be in excellent shape. I would appreciate any advice. I love him so.

Thanks in advance

I do not have any pics of him but it seemed, from what I researched, like flukes so I gave him a freshwater bath for 5 minutes last night. This morning I went to check him out and there are no more on his eyes. I still don't know if I should continue any further with this or any other treatment. Any thoughts?

If it is flukes you can use Rally made by Ruby Reef http://www.northcoastmarines.com/rally.html it's reef safe, I've used it with good results.
