Is there any Pulsating Xenia available that will live under regular flourescent Marine Glo actinic lights?

Depends how many normal tubes you have.

actinic lights dont exactly give off useful light as far as making corals grow. Combine that with the fact that its just a normal output fluorescent and i'd say no.

What do you mean normal tubes?

well you say its just a "regular fluorescent" light, so i take that as the ones that are lots of times used in shops/garages/etc (the bulb type i mean). And you just have an aquarium bulb that fits that size.
Is the bulb T12? Thats what i normally see for normal fluorescent bulbs. If it is, then it wont be giving you much of any light. You didnt say if it was a power compact, or T5 HO or anything like that, so i'm assuming its just a normal strip light. By normal tubes michaeldaly either meant how many daylight bulbs do you have, or how many of the normal output fluorescents do you have. If you have a whole ton of those NO fluorescents, it may get some real easy stuff to grow. But either way, actinics dont give off much beneficial light for corals to utilize. They're more for the look.

I owuldn't recommend putting many corals under that lighting, they probably won;t make it all that well.
