Anyone know PAR requirements on some softies?

I got a new Apogee PAR meter and I often see readings/studies for SPS but rarely for LPS or softies. I have mostly frogspawn, blastos and acans. Right now they are in my frag tank in the areas that get between 150-250 PAR (acans are in the higher PAR areas). Is that too much? Too little?
