awesome pics guys! I was going to post one of mine till I saw these! :-) what lens are you all using for your macro shots? camera? I just got a hand me down Canon d-60 and want to get a macro for it.

nikon 4300, in macro mode. havent gotten a special lens yet, and really not sure if i need to.

Wellsi from Tropical Paradise (my camera dorked up the white balance as these are deeper red than the picture actually shows). I just got three more blasto variants so will post some of those soon.

In the photo with the Blasto what are those polyps called on the bottom of the picture? I have a small colony in my tank, that also came attached to a rock that had green Blasto Wellsi.

I was just talking about these with him yesterday. I think he said they were a Clavularia sp. The destructive kind.
