Pyramid Snails on my Astreas

No pics, they are very small, and my camera abilities are marginal.

I have what appear to be pyramid snails on my snails, I want to get a clam at some point, so what do you guys recommend to get rid of these pests?

I am assuming that these are pyramid snails based on the info at the bottom of this page: http://www.wetwebmedia.com/pestsnailfaqs.htm

That picture is exactly what I have. Also does anyone know if these are harmful to the astreas?

Yes you have pyramid snails. They eat astrea's too. The only way to get rid of them is to manually pull them off and get rid of them. Do this every day. You'll have your work cut out for you.
