Over the Thanksgiving holiday . I added another Rubbermaid trash can. and I rework whole system
I installed chiller in two system. Disconnected thermal control tank for now .

my wife would kill me if I drill hole in the wall . instead I went to Home Depot bought the doggie door set up for me to drill instead.

To your questions Steve I think I will have plenty flow.
The barracuda will be on the main return.
One of the darts will pull double duty for the closed loop system and another part would be for protein skimmer feeds calcium reactor. The other dart pump will feeds the nozzles underneath the rocks.

If the intake of this pump is low in the tank, it will drain your tank via the skimmer.

The other dart pump will feeds the nozzles underneath the rocks. [/QUOTE]

Is this going to be a closed loop?

Dart pulling double duty is not a closed loop the split is below the check valve .
Other dart is a closed loop underneath for the rock

I was actually joking. I think you have way more than enough flow with all those pumps.

Are you planning to have clearance between the top of your tank and your hood? Or, will there be a an overlap that will seal the gap around the top?
