Rod's Food. Its a new frozen food that a lot of guys are switching over to. Good stuff, has everything you need in it to feed all your fish and corals. Even my picky fish LOVE IT. Even has cyclopeeze and oyster eggs in it for your corals.

I see you are in Lancaster. I am not sure if That Fish Place carries it yet, but I know Something Fishy in South Hampton has it. It is $20 for 8oz.

I use Rod's food too. Most of mine are of the frozen variety.
Cyclops, mysis,Ocean Nutrition prime reef,Formula two(tangs).Variety is the key,IMO.It wouldn't hurt to soak some of the food in vitamin enhancers like Selcon.

Three times a week,I feed green, brown, or red seaweed sheets for the tangs.

I feed a variety of frozen including mini mysis, cyclops and a other assorted things, but Pablo (owner of new life) has been a friend for many years and I use spectrum foods every day as a mixed part of the diet, as soon as the fish learn that it is food they go nuts for it. If I crush a pellet between my fingers and dip it into the tank so the fish can smell it, they go wild. I use it that way with the frozen foods when I get new fish to smell it and then they almost always feed quicker. The only negative I have is the fish take time to recognise it as food. No matter what you choose, I would mix with good quality frozen, and give a variety.
