poor dealings with lebowski Grade: D+

lebowski made a post that he wanted to sell a clam.
Nobody was biting on it so he lowered the price so I pm's him last
week that I would take it for the $50.
Only problem was that I could not get to him to pick it up until the following week and I would get back to him and let him know what day.

Well Monday came and I let him know only to get a reply back saying that somebody had sent him payment via paypal with out him knowing they were doing this. So he pretty much tells me he is now stuck with this other deal.

WRONG---he could refund the money very easily.
Now he has decided to just keep it.

Well this is my second time dealing with this kid and now both times turned out to be crapola. His dad got upset with him the first time getting on his case for wasting my time and made him buy something from me.
Now here he goes an pulls a stunt like this make me really mad.

I even told him after all this that I have to make arraingements to do this due to me commuting to work and I share this drive with the wife.
You can see by looking at this thread that I pretty much had first dibs on this thread.

I even told him to do the right thing and make this right like it should have been. If he wanted a deposit , I was more than happy to give it if he had asked me---he even PM's me and tells me that he is considering it sold to me.

My advise you you out there is be carful and do not expect much if any from LEBOWSKI.
The only thing he does have going for him at this point is that he is good with keeping in touch with replies. That warrants some positive feedback there.

Sorry for your troubles... buy why would you deal with someone again after the first time was bogus?

Well it can happen to any of us---sometimes at that time things just do not go right for us so I thought he may have grown up a bit and figured I would give him another shot.

I think lots of us deserve a 2nd chance don't you?
After that then you strike out.

I thought it was three strikes and your out? J/K. I don't know how old he is but I too have been burned by a young reefer (turns out he was 16) making promises, but you never know how mature a person is just by their age. Thanks for posting to keep the rest of us aware.
