Welcome first off, Second what part of georgia are you from? Third just buy some play sand and the live rock will eventually make the sand live from what i hear.

I used Liveaquaria.com in the past. I like their live rock.
premium aquatics is very good too. Just look the reefcentral sponsors. IMO if you have good live rock you don't need live sand. |

if you were closer i could get it to you cheap($3 per pound). But i saw someone say saltwaterfish.com had some good packages with free shipping on larger orders
