46 gal. bowfront lighting.

I'm looking for some help with lighting my 46 gal. bow front tank. I used to have a 20 gal tank with soft corals. I was running a 55w pc and a 65 w pc. I want to get a few clams, a leather, frog spawn, colt coral, and maybe some hard corals. What lighting do you recommend?

Also, there is a center brace on it. Can you take those off without lowering the integrity of the tank? If not, how do you get around that problem with the lights?

Thanks!

Thanks! What's a good online place to buy these? I tried cpoy and pasting you suggestion, but nothing comes up.

Also, do I need a filter if I am going to get a good protien skimmer? I have a marineland Penguin 350. Will this be necessary if I get a good protien skimmer. If so, what is a good one?

Thanks.
