Question id please...

1. black slug looking creatures. got 7 of them in the tank, just came out of nowhere. good or bad?

2. milky white thingy, attach to the LR.

white stuff appears to be a sponge of some sort, black things im not sure on, pics are hard to make out the body type, but they look kind of like keyhole limpets
