turbos suck...and will get huge...they also seem to be short lived in Nano's..
Substrate crew: Nassarius Snails Fighting Conch Strawberry conch <---my favorite sand sifting star Glass: Astrea snails nassarius will spend some time here too Rocks: Margarita snails Trochus snails Cerith snails turbos <---- my least favorite also blue leg hermits will do a good job everywhere as will scarlet hermits..

Three turbos are all the grazing snails you need. BTW I love them but there isn't enough food for them in my tanks. They eat just about anything .
For the substrate the nassarius are your best choice. Conchs can get too big for nano tanks and a sandsifting starfish will eventually starve there. A lot of people don't like hermit crabs but I think they do more good than bad. My preference is scarlet hermits, they're less aggressive and better looking too than the other choices. jmo,
