Ceramic tile for clown eggs????

My percs have been laying eggs for a while now. I would like to try the ceramic tile technique to collect the eggs insted of trying to catch the fry when they hatch out. (I'm hoping to give them to another reefer who would like to try to raise a batch)

Wondering if anyone has any info or input on making this work? Most importantly, any info on what specific kinds of tile are or are not OK to use. Any ceramic tile, or do I need to look for anything specific?

Any info/exp/reccomendations greatly appreciated.

thks

PS, I did try to search but it's not working for me

Any plain kind will do. Just soak it in water for 24 hours before placing it in the tank.
