nitrite help

My tanks been testing right on or really close on everything but nitrite, is there any additives or tricks i can do to help it go down?

How long has your tank been setup?
It may still be cycling

Its been up for about 3 weeks, i was just curious if there was anything i go do to help it out, or if i should let nature take its course.

I would just let nature take its course. Sounds like everything is normal for your tanks cycle.

nitrite's in the middle of the breakdown of amonia, u'll prob get nitrate readings once the nitrite goes down. You want the nitrite because its feeding the bacteria, so when levels go down it means your population of bacteria is large enough to handle the current bioload in the tank. The more initial bacterie you have the less likely a new fish will cause an amonia spike.
