Yes and I've been known to go longer than that even. But not during hte holidays with all the egg nog around and what not.

Are you sure? You should read the labels, many processed foods have milk in them. After discovering I had become lactose intolerant i discovered many wonderful things that I could no longer eat without paying an uncomfortable price.

I really cant keep up with it anymore..
- Dont drink wine its bad for you, drink a glass of wine a day its good for you
- dont drink coffee its bad for you, drink coffee it can increase memory
- eat fish its good for you, dont eat fish too much mercury
- eat veggies, dont eat veggies they cause cancer

me I am living my life how I want and plan to go when its my time whether that be tomorrow or at age 95.

I like milk! Our family consumes roughly 10 gallons a week, or more if their are cookies in the house! We go through at least 2 containers of cottage cheese a week, and I don't know how many slices of american cheese.

So, with that said, I guess we'll have to take our chances!

Yes, in the summer we go weeks eating fresh veggies grilled meats. Water and tea are the beverages. No milks, no breads,no cereals and not even cheese.
