D&T Aquarium Supply

Has anyone had any experience with ordering from them? I'm considering a large purchase and wanted to make sure they were a quality company.

Thanks.

My experience with them was not very good. It took them FOREVER to ship out the order. PITA!!!!

I had an experience that ended ok. It took them FOREVER to get my test kits to me, too. They did, however, send me a free Nitrate test after they sent a Nitrite test kit on accident the first time. I still would be hesitant to order again, though.

i sent them two e-mail messages using their built in online form asking the shipping price for a tank.

they responded slowly and quoted a 2 week shipping time. on top of this, they did not have the item in stock even though their website said they did.

i ordered locally instead and am happy.

Keep in mind that their shipping is quite cheap and is because they ship via themselves as they travel to shows.
