Technical Issues with 29G Bio Cube

Hello,
I just want to start off by saying great website. I have learned alot from you guys, even more then the LFS. Anyway my new 29G Oceanic Bio Cube just came in today and I wanted to make sure eveything worked before starting my first reef. Anyway when I performed the check I noticed that one of the lights was not working. At first I thought the light only turns on at a specfic time/temp. but then I realized that when I put alittle pressure by my hand on top of the canopy it would flicker on. Please give me some suggestions. I bought this Bio Cube from ebay off of CoralsPlus. Please help.... Should I return it?? Maybe remove the bulb and re-install it. Not a good start.

Thanks,
Rob

I would make sure that all of the bulbs are properly inserted into their recepticles. Many times they come loose during shipping.

I got a 29g Biocube the other day as well, and I had the same problem . It turns it that it wouldnt turn on because the light wasnt in the recepticle all of the way.
