PO4 testing

Does anyone have a Hanna or any other instrument to test P04 locally? Or do you know any local store that test the water for you?

I need to test my water.

Thanks

What problems are you experiencing that you need to test for PO4?

I bought a test kit and had my water tested at Aquarium Concepts a few months back. Basically a waste of time. I found I had a slight amount of PO4 and DO. Adding some rowaphos took the PO4 to 0 and since it has never returned. I think testing for PO4 is useless unless you have a problem directly related to high levels.

I went on vacation for a week and my tank is really weird, I have brown hair algae covering the walls, but the colors on all my sps are amazing and the polyp extension is incredible, my milles have almost half inch.

wow. usually when i go on vacation my tank goes to crap. describe your system. sometimes low nutrient tanks thrive when the nutrient level increases a bit. dull sps will color up and extend polyps more.

Slight DO level? DO = Disolved Oxygen
