Paid him in cash in person for a sump that he was suppose to get out under his display tank for me. First time, I went back to pick up a 150 glass tank I had bought from him and was suppose to pick up the sump also(he said he didn't get to take it out) so we had set up to meet up at the Ontario frag swap last month. No show and no phone call from him. Left him a message and never called back. Pm'd him that evening when I got home and said that he had to work which of course was suspicious as he told me the weekend I picked up the 150 tank that he was going to be there for sure. He offered me that he'll drop off the tank or cash back, but I weren't available for the next couple weekends so I wanted a refund. Very disturbing that someone you met in person and was very cool was very dishonest. Been ignoring my pms for a week now since he was suppose to refund me back on Feb. 24th like we both agreed. He never came through! Been scammed for $50??? Better believe it...if he can scam me for $50 better believe that he can scam anyone for any amount of money whether it was $1 or $1000.
His name is Steve and lives in Westminster, CA. If anyone wants his complete information let me know.

No I'm not like that guys, thanks for the support though. Still haven't heard back from him to resolve this. I'll update you guys further on what happens. Thanks again!

Well, it looks like I still haven't received a pm or refund back from Steve yet. And as I can see he just paid for a SWCD from another member here with paypal and he said he does not have access to paypal and will refund back asap. Never did! Do not trust this guy, Big LIAR!!!
