Sandbed or rockwork for my new derasa?

Should I put my new derasa in the sand bed or on the rocks?

Thanks. Anyone else have any info on the derasa. I'd really like as much info on the derasa as I can get.

I have a 4 inch Deresa clam and have it on the rocks and it is doing fine.. you can put clams in the sand or on the rocks... some prefer the sand and others dont seem to care!

My Derasa was attached to a LR till it was six inches long. I put the clam in my BB tank glass and it got to be 16" long i give it away to a fellow reefer with a larger tank and he kill it after two months .... I just got a 2" Baby ORA Derasa and this one is now attached to the coraline algae at my BB tank.
