Sailfin bloated....

My sailfin tang is noticeably fatter/very plump/bloated in his belly area then he previously was. I only feed twice a day, prime reef frozen with some prime reef flake food and a strip of seaweed selects once every three days. Is he possibly just getting fat, he does steal most of the food during feedings, or is it possibly something else?

Probably just fat. Mine is a pig and is always a fatty
