Jack Knife

A couple of weeks ago I became the owner of a really nice Jack Knife. He seems really happy in my 150 reef. My question is, he doesnt touch any of the food I give to my other fish, but seems to be eating 24/7 from the sand and rocks. Anyone have any idea what he eats, I cant find anything within a search, Thanks in advance, Mike
