guh, my clownfish is dead =(

Today I fed my fish around 10pm, saw everyone happy and eating away. About 30 minutes ago I went to the tank again, and only saw one clownfish. Where the hell is sharkbait? (what the little one was named). I looked everywhere, and finally, in the basket with my frag plugs, stiff and almost totally dried up.

First fish I ever bought. I bought the pair in september of 2005 from new alameda, they had a beautiful dark orange color.

sucks so bad. now I really know how it feels to lose your fish =( it's like losing any pet you've had for years.

these clownfish really have quite a personality.

I had one jump too. You really have to be careful with them! Use replacement (vinyl) window screening to make a jump barrier.

You can buy some window screening from Petco (not sure how much they cost) that is used for reptile's cage. I'm pretty sure you can find some window screening materials for a cheaper price from HomeDepot.

yeah i guess, but that'll kill the PAR from my halide.

my next tank is going to be rimless open top too... =( maybe when I'm not at home I should surround it with gutterguard 6 feet high =)
