anemone in sandless tank???

I would like to get a green bubble tip anemone for my 75 gallon FOWLR tank. I have 50 lbs of live rock some of which has holes about half the size of a dime. I don't have any sand on the bottem of the tank right now. Do I need sand in my display for the anemone or will it be ok without?

It'll be ok without sand. BTAs don't stay in the sand anyways.

my BTA is very happy in my BB tank

Anemones are extremely sensitive creatures and need very good lighting, water quality and flow, it always worries me when someone wants an anemone as their first and only coral, have you prepared for corals?

I don't have the correct lighting yet. What else besides lighting will I need to prepare for corals?
