What's wrong with my polyps?

i purchased this polyp rock a few days ago at my LFS and it looked great there...however, when i got home, acclimated it, then introduced it to the tank, it has not opened up yet... my param's are as follows:
temp: 78-79º
nitrates - 0ppm
nitrites - 0ppm
ammonia - 0ppm
pH - 8.0
Sg - 1.026
ammonia - 0ppm
lighting - MH (2x150w DE, 1 96wPC)

my kenya's and ricordia seem to be doing just fine...any ideas?? here's a picture:

It can take a while for polyps to open. I'd give it some more time. From the looks of it, you might want to check your phospates. Probably contributing to your algae probs.
