Digital SLR owners

Dear Digital SLR owners and concerned citizens everywhere,

I know many of you watch TV, read the paper, or go to church. You see the small children in Africa with the flys on them, victim of Katrina, or hear of third world bible shipments. You think to yourself "Self, I'm a compassionate person, but none of these charities are for me."

Well you're in luck. Announcing the "Buy Mike a 500mm f/4 L IS foundation" For only a few pennies (or $5500 if you want to fund the entire amount) you can buy a poor little boy in Montana (me) the super telephoto he so richly deserves. You know you want to call. Pick up that phone, and make the call. Operators are not standing buy. No one is there 24 hours a day. Ah forget that, I accept paypal.

Mike

PS Seriously, I'm going to get that lens, by hook or by crook. Toooooooooo sweet.

Fortuantely for you I happen to know a special government agent in Nigeria who is sending me a healthy sum of money shortly just for helping him finish a transaction to free up some previously frozen funds! Would you like two or three of those 500mm lenses?

Lol.. You had me going in your first paragraph.

We could start a weekly draw for camera gear

I also have an eBayer or two in Nigera... they wanted to buy my last Canon camera. Amazing, he was a "doctor" and was willing to pay 2 times the asking price because the camera was in "urgent need". Watch out for the scammers!

I keep telling myself that I'll find a way to make money with it.... I hope it's not too late to get out of it for me.
