I wasn't interesting in "inspecting" the kitten's groinal region when it adopted us, so I let my spousal unit determine the sex. Now that I've looked, however, I can see a male apparatus.

I'll have to shop for Neuticles for little Duc to ward off problems due to low self-esteem after his snip surgey.

Since you like motorcycles.... how about the name "Harley"

I know its not a Ducati.... but it still represents a hot bike.

BTW... kitty is adorable!!! Lots of luck with your new addition. The unconditional love is amazing.

The final decision has been made, and the kitten's name is Duc (pronounced "Duke") Harley. A tribute to Ducati of Italy and H-D of Milwaukee.

Once he's fixed, I still think SISSY PANTS would be better!

Once he's got that pair of extra large silicone Neuticles, he'll be the envy of the cat-neighborhood. No sissy pants for him.

OK. As you know, my little stray Ragdoll kitten has been named Baby, Nina and Annie when we thought he was a she, and Harley and Duc since the discovery of male apparatus.

However, my youngest daughter and her friends began calling the kitten "Dookie" as a variation on Duc, and those of you who are young and hip like me know that dookie is slang for poop. Thus, a new name was in order.

My lovely spouse decided last night to name him once and for all time. The new name? "Joey Chitwood." I'm so touched. Little Joey seems to like his new name.
