In this particular case, their mortgage was paid for them... so although they would have to pay taxes and utilities, they have no house payment. That has to more than balance out.
And I THINK I read in our local paper that the electric company was paying for their electric for a year... As for outgrowing the rooms, they will. But the see-through walls will be easy enough to transition to teens, and the kites can come down. I don't see it being that big of an expense. Crystal
