2 new clams not looking good?

Hello,
I have purchased 2 new crocea clams and recieved them today. They had a bad trip through the mail and they aren't opening up as they should be. What should I do?? is this pm?? I am leaving tomorrow morning for the weekend. I asked for delivery last Tues but the seller didn't get the message I guess.
