Strawberry wrasse (C. rubrisquamis)

I am thinking about getting one of these for my 24gal cube. I have a few questions:

1. Are they easy/moderate/difficult among the fairy species?
2. Will the male lose color if kept w/out females?
3. Will it be bullied by a neon dottyback? I plan to add them at the same time.

If you don't think it's a good choice for my setup, is there a fairy that would be a good choice, and if so, which one?

I've never kept wrasses b/c I've never had a lid on a tank before. I hope the dottyback isn't going to be a problem.

Thanks!

1 pretty easy. The one I had (lost in a tragic surfing accident) was eating out of my hand not 5 minutes after being released from the bag.
2)I don't think so
3) could be a problem. The only Dottyback i hae regularly heard of as being compatableis the Orchid Dottyback.
