Here is NCPARS tentative Schedule for the remainder of this year, and all of next year! If you have any questions ask away. If there are any changes or updates they will be posted here.

September 15, 16 2006: Trip to Atlantis Marine World, LIRA collecting trip.

November 4, 2006: Fall Frag Swap (Reading)

November 18, 2006: Reefnest swap/meeting (Williamsport)

January 2007: Local meetings

February 2007: NCPARS trip to Baltimore aquarium

March 24 or 31, 2007: Spring Frag Swap (Scranton/Wilkes-Barre)

May 12, 2007: Reefnest spring swap/meeting (Williamsport)

March 10-12, 2007: NERAC III hosted by LIRA at Atlantis aquarium

Late spring 2007: LFS tour in Lehigh valley

Summer 2007: Tour of State College tanks (PSU behind the scenes, Ted Ziff, Ken Feldman, Scott Bennett, Sanjay Joshi). Possible mini-swap or group buy

September 14-16, 2007: MACNA Pittsburgh.

October 2007: Fall Frag Swap

Tentative Swap Site Rotation (past and future)

This list is a starting point for swap locations. The goal is to move around the eastern half of PA. In all cases, we will be asking for volunteers to locate an appropriate swap venue. If we cannot find a local host/volunteer to help, we will move on to another location.

Spring 2005: State College
Fall 2005: Hegins
Spring 2006: Williamsport
Fall 2006: Reading
Spring 2007: Scranton/Wilkes-Barre
Fall 2007: Harrisburg/Lancaster
Spring 2008: State College
Fall 2008: Allentown

You know, I suspect not since Mo seems to have largely moved on to other things, but I'd check the Reefnest forum to find out.

To update everyone, NCPARS is going to modify its spring swap. The town in which it is going to be held has not been determined. If you have a place you would like to see it, post it here so we can consider it. We would like to plan this out before the new year so we have plenty of time to promote it.

Do you guys have your 2008 dates set yet? We are going to start working on PMASI's 2008 schedule and wanted to try to avoid conflicts.

Not yet, but we are working on it. I am sure we can work together on this! I have to get other club schedules so that we don't conflict with them either. If you have any already let me know so we can avoid those dates as well.

Thanks Steve! I hope you enjoyed the swap as much as I enjoyed your talk! I hope to see you in spring if not sooner at a pmasi meeting.

We had a meeting last night and it looks like we are going with the last Saturday of each month.

I would also investigate the date for All Ohio Spring swap (in Cleveland) as a lot of us from Pittsburgh go there.
