Pump repair?

I have an older Little Giant pump, 3MDxxx that stopped working. The impeller seems fine, but it doesn't spin when plugged in. Is it worth/does anyone repair pumps? Or just buy a new one.
Anything I can check or replace?

Mine just stopped tonight. Took apart the impeller and cleaned. Still would not start. Anyone have any suggestions?

sounds like the windings on the motor are shot. If it humms then you have something stopping it from spinning. No sound at all means its pretty much shot.
