Clown fish is spazing out

My friend true* percula (male) will spazz out like he is having a seizure and his whole buddy twitches. then the female will swim up and they will swim around each other and rub bodies. usually in proximity to there host anemone.

*believed to be

he is this a mating behavior or something bad??

I was wondering about that. Mine does the same thing. I have to make sure not to let my wife in on this whole clown husband/wife relationship and dominant female, submissive male thing
